I got the Clarion flip screen to replace a radio in my 1947 Chevy and love the choice. It was replacing a modern standard radio but now I have Sirius, GPS and backup camera etc.

Some owners in the past had a slight issue with flip screen radios in the dash due to screen hitting shifter but Clarion can be set to only come out when you want it to such as when the shifter is moved etc.

Others in the past just had the shift lever shortened or bent to accommodate a radio with automatic screen deployment.
