If you could add any feature to your Avalanche, what would it be?

Sunroof, phaser banks & photon torpedo's (Latter two for the idiot* driving in the snow this morning that couldn't make their mind up which road they were going to take & damn nearly caused a accident).

My sunroof has not leaked but I probably should not say that. I always wished that I had a Mr. Gadget crane that after pushing a button would extend from truck and be used to lift suspect car someplace where they could be safe, secure and OUT OF MY WAY

i believe he was speaking to how time consuming it is to remove and install car-seats, not to drop the midgate. the lower tether point behind the back seat in an avalanche is VERY difficult to reach and properly install car-seats. When we were shopping for our Acadia ( the main family hauler ) i installed and removed car seats in it at the dealer ship. the Acadia is VERY car-seat friendly.
When my daughter was born, we had a stock 2 door 1991 Blazer 6" lifted, 33 BFGs. Getting a diaper bag and infant car seat in and out was a pain! Especially for my 5' 3" shortness who had to grab the wheel and jump in. I'd LOVED to have had the cab I have in my Avy then.

Another thought; simplified electrical system and a carb. The end.

All this computer garbage is nice but unnecessary for getting from point a to point b.

I found cigarette lighter plugs that I LOVE! One is red and says "Fire Missles" and the other is black and says "Eject". There are times I wish they were real. Yeti, my daughter's Avy, has a license plate frame, that the bottom line can't be seen grrrrrr,
"Too close for misses, Switching to guns" she has a set of the same cigarette lighter plugs as well.

the computer controlled engines are required to get better MPG, more power and less emissions

as well as: better cold starts, no carb tuning required no points to fail and many more

For my darn lights on the AC head unit not to go out and be LED not regular bulb style.
My daughter got tire of the regular lights & put led lights in Yeti, her '05 Avy. She say Snowball, my '03 Avy is next. She also replace the lights on all four doors to led. Now, they're brighter than my regular headlights!
