I have a 2005 Avalanche that I use to pull my boat and small trailer. The problem is that the left brake light and turn signal on the either trailer does not work. I have checked all wiring and traced it back to the wiring harness on my truck.
The right side works just fine. I know that the left side is a yellow wire that runs from the rear of the truck to the front but I haven't traced it all the way up. I checked all the fuses and the 7 pin hookup and it is ok. Any suggestions before I have to go to a dealer for help?

I see that you stated you checked all fuses... but the Truck turn signal fuses and Trailer signal fuses are separate.
Just wanted to make sure you checked the under hood fuse box, for 10 amp fuses marked "TRLR R TRN" and TRLR R TRN"

FOR 2003-2006 AVALANCHE trailer stop/turn fuses are in the driver side dash fuse panel

Yes, That is what it was, but the fuse was in the fuse box located on the left side of the dash. Easy fix. Thanks for all the help!

Oops, that's my fault... posted a pic for the 2002 Avy fuse location. I will fix that post, sorry for any confusion.
