I have been building this truck all summer and here she is!
6" Rough Country suspension lift
20x12 -44 Fuel Driller 2 piece wheels
1.5" rear spacers on wheels to square them up after the lift
33x12.5 R20 Federal Couragia M/Ts
1 1/2" bolts drilled through the sides of the fender flares (they don't make flares for ours so I created the optical illusion- to the extreme)
3/4" stainless steel allen head bolts drilled through the grill
100% custom straight pipe exhaust out the rear where the license plate used to go
Custom Lambo look alike exhaust tip with dual y pipe inlet
4 gallons of Flat Black Plasti Dip
20% Tint all the way around including 8" visor on windshield
Custom decals
12" kick sub woofer in custom box that fits under back seat completely, Kicker amp, kicker 6.5s in all doors
Blue LEds through-out interior
HID lights in head lights high and low
HIDs in Fogs and 3157s turned to blue
50" OffRoad LED Bars LED over the windshield with 100% custom mounts to sit at the windshield A-line
20" OffRoad LED Bars LED behind the front grill
And a touch of night shades on the rear tails to get a ?black cherry? look vs bright red.
More to come :)

(y) looks great!! LED bars are def my next project...Ya dipped the whole truck? Let me know how it holds up around door jams & kick plates... I'll be interested to hear your thoughts. We do a lot of dip projects for customers ... Grilles, wheels, hoods, wings, etc in combo with wrap vinyl graphics....just been asked a few times about the whole car/truck...ive always had great success with their products...

I have to update my pic... :E:

 W love that Beast

Bad A$$. Like the Lambo style exhaust and the bolts on the "fender flares". I just plasti dipped the fenders over the wheels to give it a flare look. Think a behind the grille led bar may me in my Av's future.

Very nice (y). Like the rivets on the fenders looks really mean. How do you like those LED bars? Rigid Ind?

Yes we dipped the whole thing. It's def peeling at handles, windshield and couple other spots. Pretty sure all the dip will be pulled this winter and replaced w LineX to do it right. Then prerunner front bumper and spare tire rack between racer backs! LEDs look at CustomOffsets.com !!

5 gallons and the sprayer were under $500 and I did it in my buddies barn, after watching hours of Fonzie on youtube! Never painted anything in our lives but I recommend a whole day and 3 guys! Here is the blog. http://www.customwheeloffset.com/plastidipped-the-lifted-2003-chevrolet-avalanche-flat-black/

hey I have done some plasti dipping when did you do the truck and how well has it been holding up also have you been in mud or like heavy trees with it? thanks a bunch! (y)
