What's the number 1 Main performance mod that just about everyone has changed?

My first main concern was to change the Air Filter!

Which was on my way to opening it up from front to back.

I agree... exhaust by a 2-1 margin over CAI.... People like to hear the results...

With that said, my first was the Volant..... of course, I don't mod like most..... :D
 
Exhaust first - Flow Master 50
SuperChip FastPac Programmer second.
K&N CAI 77 Series third.

Had to wait for the warranty to expire for the last two - Major difference!

I ordered a Gibson exhaust before I even picked the truck up >:D. The Gibson didn't stay on long though....way too quiet.
