Tagged 2 Av owners at the NAS Oceana Virginia auto hobby shop.
I was in the Tidewater VA for work and decided I would take advantage of the an auto hobby shop at one of the near by bases. After gong to 3 others bases in the tidewater area and finding out that their auto hobby shops had been closed for several years, I finally ended up at the NAS Oceana auto hobby shop. As it turns out one of the guys that works there had an 03 cladded Z71. Once I got my Av up on a lift, low and behold an 07 LTZ pulls into the stall next to me for an oil change and tire rotation.
I asked both of the Av owners if they had ever heard of this site, and neither one of them had. I did not have a brochure with me, but I gave both of them the address to the site. We will see if they come to visit and join up.
