I used to drive a 13 second Integra before I got my Avi.

I am tinkering with the idea of going Naturaly Aspirated with the 5.3L.
Besides intakes, headers, exhaust, and programmers what else is out there? Heads, different manifolds, cams.
If I wanted to make 400 whp what would I need and still be N/A?

I don't think your going to get to 400 RWHP without NOS or a supercharger or both on the 5.3L - you have to get well above 500 at the crank to get 400 RWHP with the tranny you have.
