Let me first welcome you to the NorCal Mega Meet III.? This wonderful event, as I?m sure you know by now is to benefit the Make-A-Wish foundation.? This group is responsible for 146,083 children?s wishes... that?s a wish granted every 41 minutes !? We would like to do our part to help them out all while putting on a fantastic show of Chevrolet Avalanches.
This packet will prove very useful come event day.? Enclosed will be your entrance pass into Discovery Park, maps of the local area, important phone numbers, an itinerary and some valuable information.? Please keep this in your vehicle until September 23rd, 2006, the day of the event.
Keep in mind, safety at an event of this size is of UTMOST importance.? Not only safety of your vehicle but of your family as well.? We will be having stuff for the children to do, including bounce houses, toys, etc. but we must ask children be supervised at all times.? When registering on the day of the event, children will each be asked to wear a name tag which will have the parent?s screen names on it.? This will help with accountability of them at all times should something come up.
We understand many folks have customized the inside of their vehicle with some great mods and would like to show them off.? For those who would like to leave their vehicle open for presentation IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK !? Chevy Avalanche Fan Club, NorCal Avalanche Club, Make-A-Wish can NOT be held responsible for any damaged/stolen items/etc.? in relation to this event.? Parking is on a first come first served basis, with handicapped spots reserved for those in need.
A registration booth will be set up which will be where you will bring this envelope.? ?This is when you will receive your lunch coupons, Mega Meet Gift Bags, etc.? Should you need to purchase more than the initial two lunch coupons, they will be able to assist with that as well.? We will also have at the booth additional ticket sales, GM Gear for display, GM Gear for sale, Make-A-Wish benefit bracelets and so very much more.? Cash & Checks will both be taken and for those who forget or wish to pay by credit card, Pay Pal billing may also be arranged.
