Hey I got a 05 Avalanche and My Friend has a 05 F150 and we love doing donuts and burnouts but my truck wont spin the tires from a dead stop. Dose anyone know where i can get it Programed or maybe someone around here has a programer? Thanks

look around for a performance shop that specializes in f-bodys and vetts...the software and ability is very similiar to be able to handle our gen 3 LSx motors.
good luck!

There's a few ford specialists I know of in the Boca area, but I'm not sure if any deal with Chevys.? I'll keep my eyes open for ya.? You may ask the guys at The Driver's Seat over in the plaza just east of I-95 on Glades Rd.? I think they are big chevy guys.

Diablo is also in the area.  I think they are in Deerfield Beach.

How's that stereo setup coming along?? You still got your speakers on the back seat??

Get one of those kits that sprays water (or whatever) on your tires.

then fill it with something nice and flamable and post a video for us.

isn't bleach the old-school way of doing this, and it makes really cool smoke to boot?

I just wait for snow, of course in Florida you might have a long wait.  :D

go to beach and find sand...
go to woods and find mud..

This topic has beed discuused before. Short version is Av is too heavy....comptuer has TM that keeps you from blowing your tranny. You will have to wait for rain...or look in to a bunch of engine mods...headers, exuast, blower, reprogram computer, and more tires after said donuts.

Well Thanks for the Help Ive been to driver seat a few times I live in west boca. These a place in Hollywood Kelly Chevrolet where my dad used to work and they Reprogram all corvettes and have dynos to test them

especially if it is the dealer that is doing it...find a professional tuner at a performance shop!
Good luck!

Even a professional tuner will find it difficult to get these 6000 shoeboxes to spin em without some sort of PA.  :D

Let the motor turn some rpm.? Put in a higher stall speed torque converter. ;)

Hmmm...didn't someone tell me the other day that those stall converter doo hickey things destroy stock transmissions? What you not like this guy, Bob?...... >:D

I still say that it's more likely to break a input shaft, output shaft, or rear end but I do agree with you about being easier on the clutches and bands.

He's not forced induction and doesn't have anything to worry about.
