Any problems with Hypertec?

Is there any long term problems running a hypertec III with a 2002 5.3 that anyone would like to share? 87 or 93 tune?

I used one on my '02 NF for more than 2 1/2 years without any problems whatsoever. I don't recall hearing of anyone that had problems with the HyperTech unit. More than a couple buyers of the other brands have had problems early on.

I mostly used the 87 octane tune because 92 runs an extra two bits per around my neck of the woods.

Hypertech was my first hand held progammer w/my AV and it worked fine. They are located near us in the Memphis area so if you do have problems you could bring it right into them
