Ok if there are no objections i am going to get everything going for the  Southern regional 2004 for September 10-12, 2004 in Palo Dura Canyon

So is this a firm date? Do you have a list of members attending started anywhere yet? What can we expect as far a weather in the panhandle in September? Is this mostly going to be a "hang out in the park" and maybe a cruise type event?
