Just for information: I had the
Central Indiana Modding GTG
last year on Sep 20th. We had the largest gathering of Avalanches in one place to date! It can work, you just need to talk it up! We have never been to Texas and would love to come on down but the hot summer weather would be a deterrent to us.
Butch
We can all bring out fans to make sure that you Hoosiers don't get to hot.
, plus I got to sell the wife on that swing and load.

How about Halloween weekend?
Sounds good, we can all dress up the Avs, drive by the dealerships and aftermarket stores and ask for mods.
I am for whatever, just as long as it is not August.

SOCAL
is having a MEGA MEET on September 18th and I have my eye on that. If you guys have yours the wekend before that it would make a great trip for us. We could come to your event then head on out west. We have some friends along the way we could stop and visit for a day here and there. I am watching this thread and if your event is held September the 10th to the 12th we will try to make it!

Sept. 10-12 would be great for me. I'm going to try and make it to the SoCal meet also. This would give me time to stop home in Albuquerque, kiss the wife, pet the dogs and grab some clean clothes for the trip west.

So is this a firm date? Do you have a list of members attending started anywhere yet? What can we expect as far a weather in the panhandle in September? Is this mostly going to be a "hang out in the park" and maybe a cruise type event?
