Need some help ID'ing a part on my 2002 Avy

Looking for the rubber trim piece (looks like thick moulded weatherstripping) that runs from the front of the front door opening, up above the front and rear doors, and ends behind the rear door opening. It is ripped pretty bad on the passenger side right above the front door opening and I'd like to look into replacing it. Any ideas on a part # or where to fine one?
