Odometer light staying on

Hey guys. I was hoping maybe somebody else had a problem like this before I go start running wires. When I turn the truck off my odometer light stays on. All other lights are off. Outside and in but I also get the chime such as when you leave the headlights on but they are off.

Any suggestions?

Can you tell how fast the chime is. Maybe time it for 15 second then multiply it by 4
