Door Lock Question

Got something strange going on with door locks.  My rear doors will not lock with the fob.  nor will they lock with either door switch (kids have to physically move the lock to lock the doors).  however, they will unlock with the both fob and both door switches.  the front doors work fine with both the fob and door switch.

any suggestions
