Hi all. I have a 2012 LTZ with DVD nav hand hard drive, with rear tv.  I have several questions

1) can I load movies onto top he hard drive, to play in the rear tv?
2) can I play movies onto the rear tv from the USB drive, from a USB stick?  Looking for a way to put a number of movies in the vehicle without using DVDs.

Thanks

Your best bet is probably to use a multimedia player plugged into the RCA inputs in the rear on the RSE.

That way you can use a hard drive / USB stick / SD card etc...
(Some have WiFi so you could stream NetFlix movies or YouTube vids by using you cell phone as a HotSpot)
You will have to use a 12v power adapter as most operate at 5 volts.

The only other option is to burn your own DVDs, (that way you get 2 movies on each disc)

Just found an interesting link for adding WDTV in the Avy (it shows it going to the A/V inputs of an OGM1 but you can do the same using the factory Rear A/V inputs as suggested before.
