Previously the Magnacharger MP112(1.8L displacement per revolution). I'm now using dual Magnacharger TVS1900 units(3.8L total displacement) on a custom built intake setup.

LOL....... you posted this while I was out on my first drive in it since last September. You must have heard it running....my neighbors think it is that loud anyway.
Finally have it back together after waiting 9 months for the new 80E!

Keep us posted on the progress now that it's running again. I can't imagine how you will keep from blowing the tires off with that much boost!

That is insane, I saw a couple of videos lauching off the line. OMG
If DrX puts those slicks on in 2wd, I think will will have a 10 second AVY in the quarter mile.

Looks like it will be awhile before we find out. I have to pull the new trans already as its overheating after just 20 miles of cruising. According to my logs, it appears that the new torque converter is way loose and the TCC doesn't hold past 40 % throttle.

I don't think it should even need one just cruising on level terrain. I have a B & M Supercooler with a fan on it. I have never had a trans heat up with this setup before. I did find that the fan was not kicking in(it has a 175* stat), so I wired it to run full time.....didn't make any difference. I checked the flow through the cooler.... filled a 1 qt container in the time it took to peek under the truck and turn the key off. I pulled the trans tonight. Going to ship the converter back to the builder tomorrow. If the trans has to go back too, it will likely be next spring before this truck is rolling again.
The trans did have to come out again anyway because I have a coolant leak from a drain plug that is up behind the flexplate. I have resealed it twice and it is still leaking!

Almost makes me wonder if you have a coolant passage blocked some where...that would account for overheating and a pressure build up could make it leak
I feel your pain, brother
