Lifetime Sirus Subscription before AV

Currently own a dodge charger and i bought a lifetime subscription to sirus when it was still being offered back in 07-08.

getting an AV soon and i can transfer my sirius 3 times for $75 bucks each.
BUT.... has anyone transferred one from a Sirius unit to a XM unit?
