Ambers Spotted Mile 60 in Cedar City , Utah 3/29/2010 5:00pm MST

I saw a Red Cladded Avalanche with Ambers at 5:00pm on March 29th 2010 in Cedar City, Ut on Interstate 15 at about mile 60. Just wondering who it might be and also to let them know that their passenger side Amber is out and needs replacing
