why not generic avys instead of other members avy's?? i'm sure there's a lot of members that would like their truck on a shirt !! just my opinion!!

You know, maybe you could get a cleaner, sharper picture if you took the Av's from some GM advertising?

I say we let him do what he wants to his design. I don't care if he uses my avy or not but his design hasn't won so why are people jumping on him like his design is the only one? If people have a better picture for him to use then send it to him. He has asked for pictures over and over. I sent him pictures of mine.....

nobodys jumping on him so chill ! it's other suggestions ,opinions .just saying you or myself or anyone else wouldn't mind our trucks on the shirt but, there might be others that won't and want it and to be fair to all, thus a generic avy, that's all.don't read into for more than what it is.just an idea.

Assuming the color of the tee, your colors might have to change. I think the safe bet is that the tee will be white but we don't know that yet.

Those don't look as good as one would think on a black background. I have tried already. The basic colors seem to stand out better. I will visit it again just to make sure.

I am not a designer or even someone with Photoshop skills but I have worn lots of t-shirts over the years. 
I know lots of ideas have been tossed around already but I wanted to offer my .02 on a few areas.
White t-shirts are fine for most people and they usually can be purchased in bulk cheaper than a colored shirt. I think they look less expensive though and the larger sizes tend to made of thinner fabric to even the cost. (I know the idea sounds good in sweaty conditions to have a wet white t-shirt on a young lady but look at the reality - Most likely end up with a wet t-shirt on a middle aged sweaty large guy.)  Trust me no one would want to see me in one of those shirts either. I guess you could limit the size of the shirts? But that may hurt sales?
Black t-shirts can be hot in the summertime but Harley riders not only go for the look but it is practical in that it doesn't make the wearer a wet t-shirt contestant and it doesn't show dirt and stains as easily as a white shirt. It can also let the design printed on it to stand out.

As far as Avalanches used on the design I would like to see one of each type used as long as it didn't create an issue of Avalanches crashing into each other or it looking like a parking lot. I think sales of the shirt would increase if each general style was represented  such as Cladded, WBH and 07 and up new design. In my opinion if the AVs are too highly modified it may decrease sales since some members feel their truck is not represented.
I thought the idea of the Chevy engine satellite was nice in one of the examples. Maybe it could be used and the website logo could be placed on the globe in it's "home city"?

Attached is a photo of a t-shirt quilt I received for Christmas and it will demonstrate in one photo various backrounds and design colors so people looking at this thread can look for their favorite color combos and it might help them decide for themselves what works and what doesn't?

Good luck with this effort, I'm sure it will turn out great.

Love the designs thus far but have one suggestion and then I will stay out of it. I think that no matter what if you are using two AVs for the design one should be older body style and one newer body style so all are seeing their style of truck on the shirt. I have many shirts but none representing the Pearls body style.

I am not going to be able to get enough snow of my truck to take any pictures without washing it again and it is like -20 something so washing it is out of question! My tailgate latch is already frozen so I can get it to stay closed!

I don't know about you guys and gals, but every car show Tshirt I have ever seen does not include stock vehicles.
Sturgis tshirts never have a stock harley.
I would not be as worried about representing everyone in the club as I would representing the Club and what it can be done "IF YOU WANT TO".
There are those out there that have a stock '32 Ford. But I have never seen one on a Tshirt.
I did a design on page 2 and have another one. Let me know which is better.
BTW the background color can change based on the tshirt.

You can work on it, change it completely or come up with a new idea altogether, just post one picture and change it when needed and state that it is your official entry. You have till the end of January.

or how about a portion of the globe (such as it rising up in the bow-tie)
That way he can keep the design he has (which I think has a different flair than the others )but at the same time incorporates the worldwide theme. what do you think #7
