Hi all,
I understand that the RAM is newer. I was a passenger in a 2019 (possibly a 2020) Dodge Ram Laramie Long Horn (basically the top of the line, luxury truck). Very nice and comfortable, What surprised me was when the driver told me that he gets mid 20s in the city, and high 20s on the highway. I had to look it up.
From Google:
Ram 22/32 MPG, 5200-5400 lbs
AV 15/21 MPG, 5800-6000 lbs
I guess the weight difference, and newer tech in the engine are the difference makers.
I don't drive the AV much, so I'm not complaining about gas mileage, just something to discuss.
