On my DiabloSport tuner, you can add another VIN for like $150 or something like that. May be the same for yours. You have to contact the manufacturer though.

Was this an ebay transaction? Did it say it was vin locked? If not, you may be able to open a dispute with ebay to force the seller to return it.

No I bought it from a person on Facebook he's being a real scumbag about the whole thing

If it was Facebook Marketplace, you can report the seller. There is a link under the "More" button on the ad. I'm not sure what happens after that since I've never done it.

Thank you everyone I found a way to unvin lock a hyper tech energy max tuner open it inside is a sd card you have to take it out erase the date reformat it on your computer download the update to the SD card and your ready to go thank you everyone for all your help
